Data we collect
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone if provided)
- Enquiry content (markets traded, programme interest, message text)
- Technical data such as IP address and basic device information when analytics cookies are accepted
- Booking and payment administration details when you enrol (collected off-site via invoice processes)
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries and arranging programmes — legitimate interests / steps prior to contract
- Delivering booked training and sending related logistics — contract
- Improving the site with aggregated analytics — consent (optional cookies)
- Meeting accounting and legal duties — legal obligation
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a participant, in which case records needed for the training relationship and tax law are kept for up to six years. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on our Cookies page.
Sharing
We use service providers who host email, scheduling, or analytics under written agreements. We do not sell personal data. Authorities may receive data when the law requires it.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses plus transfer risk assessment.
Your rights

Children
Programmes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
