1. Agreement

By accessing https://bizcloudpro.digital you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Enrolling in a clinic, workshop, or chart review forms a separate training agreement issued at booking.

2. Who we are

Bizcloud Pro operates from Level 15, 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AA. Contact: hello@bizcloudpro.digital / +44 20 7534 6000.

3. Training nature and no advice

Content on this site and in our programmes is educational technical analysis training focused on pullback entry discipline. It is not personalised investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and regulatory obligations.

4. Intellectual property

Site copy, method descriptions, worksheets, and branding are owned by Bizcloud Pro or licensed to us. You may not copy programme materials for resale or public redistribution without written consent. Personal notes you take for your own trading remain yours.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit abusive content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when enquiring about programmes.

6. Bookings and payments

Programme fees, deposits, and schedules are confirmed in writing before a place is held. Informational prices on the Rates page may change. There is no checkout for payments on this website; invoices or payment links are issued separately.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Bizcloud Pro is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or educational materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Third-party sites

Links to brokers, charting vendors, or other resources are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or policies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
